easy to get on and off
very comfortable
good enough support to play basketball in. ( not recommended however)
very adjustable (three different areas)

Negative points
the top marks in my foot becomes warm after wearing them all day long.
I was obviously stretching for a negative point. Basically I’ve worn these every day and since I’ve purchased them except if they were inappropriate due to the rest of my attire.
